Are there any psychological studies that show women desire sex for pleasure? It seems like they mostly use sex as a transaction to obtain something of value from a man (usually money, love, drugs, or higher status)

They do but not as frequently since they don't have a ton of testosterone unlike men. That's why women want to bang usually 4 to 6 days a months but after that they are indifferent and need to be seduced and even then they do it for attention or transaction of sorts.

Yeah there's no reason to assume women get any less pleasure from sex than men, on the the other hand that's not incompatible with women using sex transitionally which is something women tend to be on the side of using their bodies for the transaction
