Why do some countries use the major/minor system in education? How can it be good to have students spread their time and energy across different fields that they won't use, versus other countries where you hyper specialise in your field ASAP?
Obviously the system is a good way to milk goys for more money, as they're studying more subjects and thus need more professors, administrators, etc.
