I am a USA, CS + EE major in a Top 150 4-year ( I know not that good) Have a 3.5 GPA, and want to study abroad.

What EUR/SEA Masters programs are good deals and might offer funding?

If nothing works out I can study domestic but will have to go for PhD. instead for financial reasons.
