Hi sci, I am a med-fag who has recently made a discovery of a process which I think can be really valuable. I would like to patent the idea and get it into the working public so it can benefit society. I am having a bit of trouble looking at the exact process by which to patent this process. Can anyone offer any advice or a step-by-step guide to help me get a method patent in the U.S., while avoiding getting patent trolled? Thanks
