I’ve been vaping delta 8 THC for about a month. Yeah, it does fuck with your lungs majorly. I’m not a smoker or a nicotine vaper though. Honestly hate it but it’s the most convenient way to consume the drug

That initial premise seems a bit loaded. A scientist would say " what are the health effects of vaping" if they really exist they shouldn't need rhetorics for people to observe them

That was vitamin E oil in black market thc cartridges. Never happened from vaping nicotine juice. Never happened from legit legal thc carts.

I’ve had these issues when chain vaping (10+ hits throughout the day) at the highest setting on my battery while holding my breath for 10 seconds with each hit.

On the occasion that I smoke this way my sinuses become pretty thick, my lungs feel “heavy”, and it certainly feels like you’re not getting as much in per breath.

I combat this with a lot of water to loosen up my sinuses & an anti-histamine.

That said, I have no doubt that someone who consumes heavily on a daily basis would do immeasurable damage to their lungs.

Average users probably wouldn’t consume enough for long enough to cause any real problems, but as with science more information is needed to know for sure.

It's sucking on a fucking fog machine. There were literally no health concerns with them until nicotine, thc and scents/flavors were added. Whatever health problems you think vaping is responsible for is more likely caused by those chemicals or by you just getting old than by vaping itself.
