Are there any Pre Calc books that will give me a stronger foundation in math than that of the chinese? Let me know. Thanks.

I've heard Stewart's Precalculus and Lang's Basic Mathematics is good, not sure which one out of the two to choose though

If you want to learn the material for pre-calc any book is just as good as any other. Just get whatever one you can download or is at your library. It's not like there's one path to some higher tier enlightenment or something. It's basic material. Try some problem solving books if you want to develop your thinking more.
