how do I know if im in prodromal phase of schizophrenia.
in the last year things got a bit weird.
everything feels unreal, like if im in a movie.
i also get those short weird visual hallucinations sometimes.
sometimes i have a few days in a row, when i feel completely weird, like if someone else is controlling me and my inner me is just sleeping...
i dont really know what all this means.
