Hello /sci/ I propose an experiment. We find out which parts of the brain recognize familiar shapes and faces. All that stuff you know the stuff that makes you see a :) as a face. And then we see what it looks like. The subject of this experiment will be permanently blessed with truesight for the rest of his life. And people should look really interesting if not horrifying to him.
