The Christians believe that the Universe had a start date; 'let there be light'. The Lurianic Kabbalists also believe in the creation event, actually it is a destruction event as something goes wrong right at the beginning and there is a cataclysm "a big bang". I came here to discount the theory put forward in the video, but ultimately the theory is inline with the views of kabbalists, not that they care. But it is foolish to lump Lamaitre in there, just because of an anti-Catholic bias, his work was based on the science and the math, he had no other choice than to go where the answers led.
