What is the name of the fragments of (dead?) skin I take out of my face which have like a white-ish/transparent area with a redish dot in the center. It's satisfying to find and inspect these, but I don't know what they're called or what they are. They're like 1cm in size or so. What I'm guessing is that it's a way for the body to get rid of greasy skin
