I'm actually confused about the whole eating bugs thing
Isn't there concern about declining insect populations? If anything, shouldn't we be farming bugs just to exist, and not to eat?
I get being concerned about the environmental impact of farming cows but it seems like it would be a lot easier to make some kind of methane scrubbing technology than it would be to completely replace animal farming
