That image would trigger most people’s disgust sensors as a product of evolutionary psychology which has made us like the familiar and dislike the unfamiliar, and the more unfamiliar and unnecessary the greater the disgust and general dislike. The consequence of this would be a lot of social ostracization, and that, combined with its naturally causative repulsion and lack of biological necessity would ensure this concept, while achievable, would remain nonexistent.
