To simplify the amount I have to type here, I'll start with a hypothetical scenario.
Let's say there is a second Earth just like ours, and we'll place it a few thousand light years away. (They are at the same point technologically, that we are.)
They have all the same types of detector and transmitter technology at their disposal, that we do.
Is there a way we can broadcast a signal, that when they detect it and process it, it will infect their computational systems with a virus that can perform tasks or functions there?
