For whole year he was travelling across Turkmenistan and doing iq tests in schools. I want you to pay attention at two little towns Khalach and Atamyrat. He said that during Soviet time more than half of Turkmen professors were from Atamyrat(formerly Kerki). Here are his results. Number in bracket is number of students who took iq test.
