Thought it was a LARP at first due to the name of the company but it's real. He said most CEOs agree with him privately but can't say so publicly because of the disastrous PR that would ensue. Diversity mandates are a terrible drag on companies and worse, they're starting to push away the employees who do actual work. The drag of diversity hires isn't all that bad if all of your competition has to deal with it too but when your productive employees leave, it puts the stability of the company in danger. It also opens up the door to new competitors, many staffed with the productive employees that diversity policies drove out.
