According to various scientfic studies, The global penis size median is around 5.5 inches, but when you accoutn for the western average which is continental europe, Africa, Mid east and the New world the average is 5.67 inches with a girth of 4.6 inches

When you account for the eastern average which is anything which includes asia/ Eurasia, the eastern average comes out to around 5.21 Inches x 4.44 Inches in girth
