Make a cheap hubble with a 4,2 meter mirror and use the 80 million figure an anon provided (for a 8,4 meter ground telescope).
Assume an opportunity cost of 15% per year, 10 million launch cost and 50% profit margin.
90e6 * 1.15**10 * 1.5 / 10 / 12 / 30 / 24 = 6321.18
That's right, 6320 dollars. SIX thousand, not sixty. For ONE HOUR with a telescope that is almost twice the hubble. With a 50% profit margin.
