Biology provides no such reason. Someone could be biologically inclined to kill children every Monday and not kill children the rest of the week. That doesn't mean that it is morally wrong to kill children the rest of the week because someone else might prefer to kill children on every day of the week or this person might start killing children every day if the weather gets warmer or something. It is something he is biologically inclined to do. The brain creates lots of nice chemicals and whatever so at the surface it looks like it is morally good to kill children recreationally.
But if it is morally good (something people should do even if they don't want to do it) then there would exist a reason why. Reasons why something is morally good or bad doesn't exist outside religion.
If it is based on biology then nothing is morally good or bad, it is just an expression of personal taste and never true or false.
