Say, hypothetically, you discovered something scientifically significant, such as a counterexample to the collatz conjecture. How would you publish it to ensure it would cause the most carnage possible?

The only thing I came up with is using "tiananmen1989" or some hyper edgy image as a key to encrypt the proof/counterexample but that seems dumb given that only one person needs to actually decrypt and republish it.
