However, you'll not be able to slack around as much as you would in a larger company, and you shouldn't expect fancy paychecks.
There's also the possibility of the company turning out to be successful, and as an early and trusted worker you'd certainly be a strong candidate for raises, bonuses or leadership positions. That's an if, of course.
