i read about okinawa when that was the fad longevity diet and nobody who favored that fad diet ever seemed to express much interest in the dietary habits of okinawans previous to about 1995, which i though was retarded so i lost interest in reading about the fad in the fagjew media. if you want to mimic centenarian habits accurately then you can't just mimic what they did for the last few year before their 100th birthday. in my own reading about okinawan dietary history from mainly secondary sources it seemed like there had been a lot of change in habits over the decades. for example during the late 40s & 50s the island had a big spike in sweet potato brandy production, so if people in contemporary okinawa live unusually long lives currently, does that mean the people should drink sweet potato brandy when they're 20-35 years old?
