I remember when i was a kid parents told me quantum physics is just a dumb theory and probably wrong, because "how can one thing be two things at once lol use your brain"

I guarantee you that by the time you were born, quantum physics was already well established. In all probability your parents were just relatively uneducated laymen who didn't know a thing about physics outside of popscience. Not dissing them, this is not neccesarily a bad thing really (I'm sure you had fine folks, kek).
Every theory you mentioned (bar maybe superposition) was already long embraced by the intellectuals as a possible or true theory in their philosophy well before it was ever empirically founded.

I'd like to bring up meme "theories" as well (Multiverse, simulation-theory, ayylmao related stuff like Kardashev scale come to mind). While hard to falsify and not as scientific as relativity, they're still completely feasible concepts.

Most people scuff at these thinking them to be just that, bullshit. The reasoning behind these theories is however pretty robust and I'd argue a huge percentage of capable astronomers believe in some kind of multiverse theory, while uneducated normies can't broaden their view to even consider these.

Not him, but what bothers me isn't necessarily people doing these things but the fact that they're often pushed into it. Instead of helping these mentally unstable and insecure people come to terms with their body and helping them understand that having a male body and feminine interests (or vice versa) is not wrong or bad, trusted medical professionals are convincing them that their delusions are correct and surgery is needed to "fix" their body as if it was broken in the first place.

Imagine someone went to a psychiatrist and said they felt like their right arm doesn't belong on their body, it feels wrong, deep down they feel they are truly a one-armed person, etc. Now imagine that psychiatrist just immediately said, "Okay, I'm going to prescribe you an amputation to remove your arm." Do you not think that would be considered horrible malpractice? Would people not be upset at this type of treatment being pushed on someone who's clearly not mentally well? Why is it different when they tell someone to get hormone therapy and remove/alter their genitals into nonfunctionality, why is that just "what people choose to do"?

Even more disgusting are the people who push this kind of thing on children who are still discovering themselves and their bodies. Instead of helping kids come to terms with their identities and their bodies, we have people who just sow further doubts into their impressionable minds. It's absolutely morally reprehensible to do that to a child, it's an abuse of their trust and their minds and should be treated as such.

This isn't real.
I only read/hear this from people who seem to be generally uncomfortable with transexuals in the first place. It's a comfortable narrative where you can pretend you're not denying personhood by pearl clutching for "the children".
I don't doubt that your concerns are valid to you, and in a world where people are being forced to transition I would agree with you.
But logically, how can something be so culturally unacceptable, even in the west, yet every physician is apparently forcing HRT and transition advice?

Atoms are not fuzzy, they are actually infinitely complex and would look approximately like a galaxy if you could zoom down to that level.

The issue is that time is not "real" it's simply a ledger of energy traveling through space and the shorter distance at atomic scale results in the appearance of accelerated time from our perspective.
