furthermore, you should be able to strangle someone to unconsciousness in 10-15 seconds, if it takes you 3 minutes you're doing it wrong

30 seconds is fine retards, 30-60 creates difficulties, 1-3 minutes seizures, unconsciousness and comas.
where did you even get the 10-15 seconds figure from? everyone strangled /drowned somebody for that period of time and there are no effects
