I have psoriasis.
Question:
I have 2 lamps, 1 UV (280-400nm), 1 red light (660-850nm)
would it be possible to use them in conjuction like this? 15~ minutes 1st set up, then the second.
It's not sunny yet where I live so can't really do that naturally with the sun
