(b) Making some clever tongue-in-cheek commentary on the scientific method and the burden of proof.
(c) Reminding us that constructive criticism is healthy mental attribute and we should, within reason, resist the bad habit of blindly accepting purported facts based upon authority alone.
All of which would be just fine and dandy if flat earthers were indeed well educated, rational and possessed critical thinking skills, and didn't genuinely believe the Earth to be flat.
