One can still be racist without needing to be genetically superior, because claiming a right to live based on superiority is gay and is not the real reason you want you or your people to live and thrive anyway.
If transhumans come along and modify themselves to be more intelligent or whatever you're not just gonna say "welp better bow down to the new cyberjew overlords" just like if your kid turned out dumb you wouldn't callously forsake him
Racism and other group protection should be at bottom a game theoretic line drawn in the sand saying "we're going to protect these people here no matter what" (unless that endangers an even more fundamental rank of the hierarchy like 'all mankind' or 'life itself' in this universe)
