>>13223935>you're probably already in hell being simulated by a future terrorist group being held as leveragethat's new to me. i like it.
>>13223812it is possible to create an untouchable server system that is constantly building upon itself, administered by an AI, primarily designed by a newborn child that lacks any form of perceived identity - no id, ego, or super-ego. let the system learn on its own, continue to build, and replicate itself. this would be an entire system of digitized realities, mirroring Earth and space given all collective knowledge available.
but you could essentially suspend your own brain in frozen animation wherein the AI gives your old you a new presence in its digital world. how the brain is connected to this computer system is the only question - some kind of conductive ice-gel? suspended animation in an electromagnetic field? no idea.
if nothing else? you just condition a static body to live almost indefinitely on nothing but the bare minimum of required nutrients and water, vibrating muscle stimulation, and keep the body alive for so long that an AI is able to slowly, over time, imitate your own VR behavior and thoughts so much so that you forget who you are and the very existence of 'you' is now just living on but through the eyes of 'everyone else'. the computer would then cut you off. all it is after that is just a repeat of this idea until someone unplugs the servers.
