If you are infected with a prion it is not a matter of if but a matter when.
So the 0.01% of the vaccine only needs to get your cells to build even a single prion in your body and you are fucked. With an mRNA vaccine it would be untraceable because there are no prions in the shot itself and they are only built inside your own cells.
In 5-8 years we are going to see the first cases start to come up. They might call it some new disease but it will only be the beginning. Soon more and more people will star dying.
My guess is they have a procedure that will be able to hold of the disease but only if you can pay for is.
