You could think about "how" you think (words, images) subjectively for 50 years and you wouldnt have any meaningful conclusions. The truth is that thinking is a physiological process involving neurons, synapses etc. It entirely depends on the brain that you have and any subjective approach is just nonsense. Otherwise it would be possible to "teach" people with dementia (one of the worst conditions out there) how think.
In reality people just take input with their senses, somehow process that, and just function. It all occurs automatically without your involvement more or less. Kind of like how you arent consciously making your own heart beat. Leave the "types" of thinking to reddit.
