What are your guys methods for detecting the common charlatans of our trade. I cannot stand this false scum, the stench is disgusting, of these tricksy bastards amongst us.
Please give me advice on spotting these failures.

Are they jewish? Then they are charlatans with connections. 100% corrupt and not that smart.
Are they black? They are either exceptionally smart and earned his place or just a token hiring. 20/80
Are they white? Depends on who they work for, 50/50 on being charlatans
Asian? 70/30 in favour of not being charlatans
Indians? If they are in an important field it means they are extremely smart, most indians never pursue science unless they truly are talented in it. 90/10 in favour of not being charlatans.
Arabs? Like with indians, the only arabs in science are truly smart. The women are all token hirings though. 70/30
