Nearly all the Leftist conspiracy theories of the past decades (which many still hold validity) seem to have been memory holed. Fucking strange how they try to control the narrative in such a way to paint modern conspiracy theories as generally being right-wing. Yet it's generally well accepted that most of the war on terrorism was full of shit, that many corporations are still poisoning people and the environment (and yet vaccines are completely fine), and that globalism is a cheap way of exploiting workers overseas.

Not even trying to make it a Left-Right, but it is to be pointed out how the narrative is designed to take advantage of the divide. Both sides are often tricked into supporting shit that is blatantly against their own ideology, and the "conspiracy theory" trope is some bullshit designed to prevent fair distribution of information. Nothing wrong with theories so long as you remain open to the possibility that they may not be true.
