Can anyone explain on here if his argument is sound?

>cells can age by collecting proteins that are never cycled out in cell
>when cell is completely filled with these "junk" proteins, the cell dies due to being full
>mRNA vaccines cause a lot of junk proteins to be created, aging the cells significantly
>an injecting of mRNA could go to other places in the body besides the injection site, like the heart
>if the heart cells are significantly aged, you could get a heart attack much earlier in life

It sounds kinda stupid to me. Why would 2 days of mRNA protein production cause cells to age any significance when it comes to decades of life span?
