the strongest arm will not do any good if it tears itself out of the shoulder joint, or in the worst case break your other bones from the excess torque.

how would you even use that strength if lifting something heavy would break your shoulders, hips and legs? you would need something to direct the forces into the ground. superhuman strength prosthetic arms are a meme
