Are scientists correct?

I really don't wanna believe it, I really don't understand why the fuck they would want us to drink cockroach milk when it is an animal that literally feeds on our feces.

I am asking this here because this is the only science board and I am seriously baffled about the push for cockroach milk. But I have an open mind and one simple question.

Is it all real? Is this milk better and we should all drink it? Or is there something else behind this trend.
