According to Wikipedia, an ethnic bioweapon is a bioweapon that can target specific ethnic groups. Why hasn't someone like the KKK tried to do something like this in order to exterminate minorities? I've been Googling this stuff and it seems like some people believe that it is possible for people or governments to do this. Others believe that humans are too genetically similar for something like this to work. What do you think?
