Is it too late to learn Agriculture as a 28yo engifag? I want to own a farm and get myself a qt? tradwife in the countryside, but not sure if I had enough time to learn it properly.

Farmers are rich if they own the farm. If they have loans they struggle because farming has low productivity. It requires a colossal capital for a bit of annual return so often they can't pay the interest.
Better buy apartments and farm tenants. That's a solid 6% roi.

Well yes. But farming is worse. The average is 15% and if you exclude real estate is about 22%. Its about 30% for trucking, 50% for factories. Law firms make 500% return over their capital
