Why would aliens only appear near america?
It only makes sense that america has technology that they don´t want to share with the rest of the world to stay in global power. America only gets weaker with the progress of the rest of the world.
they NEED to have better technology so i will believe that they hide something.

not everyone runs to russia to betray their country. the b2 bomber was kept secret until the war against yugoslavia. Also people who work secret technology get surveillance worse than the president. Yes, we could have Von Neumann probes on earth but they either are undetected or spread over the world and not only near america
