What type of technology does a spacecraft use to no overheat?
Not only does a spacecraft produce heat from the electrical components by conducting electrons through a substance, but also the radiation from space hitting the spacecraft.

Heat cannot transfer through a vacuum and there is not enough mass in space to cool a spacecraft. There must be some solar powered infrared radiation device that emits radiation into space or something but I can't find anything.
