Wtf does this mean? This is my ekg about 30 mins after taking a magnesium supplement. About another 20 minutes later it was normal.

highly correlated with abnormal heart rhythms a couple of years ago I used to have this to the point of wearing a monitoring device for 24 hours once. No reason found. Seven years later I dont care about it anymore. When your heart starts really malfunctioning you will know about it.

Magnesium will affect it and a shortage of it, along with potassium, causes strange muscle contractions all over the place.

I meant that i need to see the 3 pages of each and know what derivations i'm looking at.

ECG usually have 12 derivations, i need to analyze each one of them to know what's wrong. Would help to know which is which too.

Or just take it to your cardiologist, no one reads ECGs better than them.

It’s only a 30 second ekg with one page, but I have these as well. The Kardia app has a feature where you can send the ekg to an online clinician, I got my response and it recommended sending my ekg to my doctor for further follow up. Most of the time my ekg is normal though so I don’t want to bother anyone.

I'm sure as hell not qualified to answer this, but magnesium is very important, and can have anti-anxiety effects. No idea if it could do anything within 20 minutes, though.
