It seems like a scam to me. There's too much money incentive and too little justification. It also provides an easy way for governments to feign productivity while using it as a mechanism to divide and conquer as usual.
There are many, many more productive, efficacious avenues the government and pharmaceutical industry could be taking to improve the physical health of most humans. Spending billions on some super specific virus, one that could easily mutate and necessitate more and different vaccines, is such a waste of effort. Instead, efforts should be made to GENERALLY improve the immunal health of citizens, from improved nutritional resources, to less bullshit chemicals being sprayed on crops lowering testesterone levels, or even to encouraging people to not sit on ass all day and watch TV.
But clearly, that would step on toes of other money-making industries. Improving the quality of your citizenry is clearly not the goal of money-making, power-hungry schemes of government and of corporations. This vaccine is the most bullshit, asanine fix to a systemic issue one could possibly concoct.
And that's why I think it's a scam.
