I have experienced those things like "intent" and "will". I am by my nature a pretty undecisive and anxious individual. Whenever I plan something well in advance, scared that it might or might not work, it never does. When I randomly make a decision and follow through, it does. When it's a religious holiday or some other sort of celebration (birthday, name day, national holiday) things always work out very badly. When we talk to/meet a particular person, things instantly take a turn for the worse. If they happened once or twice I'd chalk it up to mere chance, but these phenomenons have been going on for decades. The more we're scared to spend money on something, even if it's vital, the less we make. The more I say "fuck it" and buy whatever I want, the more the house's income increases. I'm starting to think that there's a legitimate form of willpower and the cosmos runs on it. I might be ways off, but I've been noticing these things for too long for them to be mere coincidences.

>Yes you can control your thermoregulation by breathing exercises. e.g. Tummo, Win Hof Method.Well, yeah, but I'm talking about all that cool, flashy stuff... Yes, it's silly, I get it. I'm wondering if there was some basis on reality.
