The worst part about benzodiazepines is that the withdrawals are hell and last forever and the withdrawals can easily kill you. Is there any to avoid the withdrawals?

the easiest way to avoid the withdrawals is to never become an addict to begin with. never trust doctors and scientists and you'll be safe from a lot of potentially lethal trouble. medical errors is the third leading cause of death, going to the doctor is more dangerous than smoking, lung disease is lower on list of death causes than medical mistakes is.

Alcohol probably isn't a wise choice as it reduces inhibitions and can just lead one to their vice
Coffee, video games, food, nicotine patches/gum, television, typical coping mechanisms, these sorts of things can be used as supplements
