Theoretical capabilities of quantum physics

Is there any mechanism, no matter how unlikely, in all of physics which may theoretically make it possible for me to suddenly traverse billions of light years across the universe? Whether by some contrivance of quantum tunnelling, uncertainty principle energy and negative energy production, wormhole creation, random field fluctuations etc. Is there even a tiny, miniscule probability that such a transport could happen, within a matter of minutes, as understood by modern physics?
In general I'm trying to understand the absolute limits of the current understanding of physics in a rather silly way.
