One of the most calorie condensed foods is pure fat at 9 calories per gram. 2000/9=222g. Let's assume all the nutrients and shit weight 8g for a nice 230g. Compare that to an average medication pill.

I really could have used this ideas back when I was working, we never got 5 minutes to eat and would starve on our feet, a handy pill of 2000 cal would be perfect, just drop one and continue on the grind stone

That's basically:
1 Multivitamins/multimineral capsule and
a small portion of salmon (for protein & omega3)
have all nutrients a lean person needs.

If you workout a lot you have to eat more protein, fats, carbs (and roids) tho
