There's no need for biology or sexual reproduction to be outright 'KILLED' as in completely exterminated, no longer extant. Greatly reduced among humans, yes, it would probably be desirable. But ultimately probably the goal should be to clear up all humans and their traces and see what else bubbles up from the poison-jar womb of the Earth.
