That converts to roughly 0.8% of your body fat can be burnt per day. Find out how much fat you have, multiply that by 0.008 and multiply by 3500 kcal (or 3200 kcal if you believe that to be more accurate). The resulting number is your maximum calorie deficit per day. If you have a larger calorie deficit than this, your body will panic and slow everything down to compensate.
I'd go with 0.5 instead of 0.8 to have a larger safety margin. Even 0.5% is going to be a rapid fat loss in just a few months.
