130 is more than enough for any pursuit. There are like 20,000 people on the planet who are able to think about some stuff faster than you, that's it. Study logic, do things that train your mind, staving off this lethargy is important, don't let anyone deceive you into thinking that IQ is utterly fixed. But it would make a lot more sense to just focus on whatever you want to use that IQ for. It's its application that makes IQ desirable in the first place., so focus on the ends, not the means.

IQ reflects your ability to solve problems. Which includes pattern recognition, spatial reasoning, etc., because all those things make you better at solving problems.

Practicing IQ tests makes you better at them because you get used to spotting the mechanics they usually use (rotation, traslation, transformation, keeping the repeating parts or deleting them, etc), but that doesn't mean your IQ describes only your ability to solve such puzzles.

An IQ of 130 means that you're in the 98 percentile, so there are 2 people as smart as you every 100 random individuals.

We're nearly 8 billions, so if you have a 130 IQ there are about 160,000,000 people as smart or smarter than you.

Consider that a regular person has an IQ of 100 and a clinically retarded individual has 65 (or lower). So the difference between you and a normal person is about as wide as the difference between a normal person and an actual retard.

also play chess with a timer.
reward yourself after every win
you need to also diversify the types of puzzles.
chess, finding games, math, etc.
when you fail if you can analyze the correct path.
it's all about building intuition.
