I have been measuring my reaction time using the human benchmark test for 5 years, mindful to use the same computer as the test is entirely hardware dependent from mouse to monitor. It has been humbling to quantify my cognitive decline. From age 43-48 my response time has decreased ~5%. Feel free to do the same.
