Btw I'm not defending the whole thesis, or the idea that group sex is great or anything. I literally credited the book for the single explanation of the shape and size of the human penis, which applies even if women only engage in sex with multiple partners over the course of a day or or so, it doesn't at all imply the thing that seems to offend you so much.
