>>13198790Hello OP I'm not sure I can hep you but I can let you know some ideas that may or may not reduce the noise.
First you really need to find the cause, this might seem difficult at first but there are many factors you need to consider
First experiment
Build a faraday cage, this might seem strange but it will let you know if your tinnitus is cause by outside interference, I remember those CRT TV when ever they were turned on by me or other people on my street I could feel the noise in my head shift HIGH then LOW, it still happens now but not as much,
Second experiment
I have noticed sleeping with pillows or any hat that flattens your ears to the side of your head, this can reduce you ability to hear and cause the brain to try and compensate for the loss, Try cupping your ears making a satellite dis, hold for half and hour (difficult) and see if the noise changes , if the answer is yes, then the shape of your ears is the problem
Third experiment.
If you have listened to loud music and the ringing is because of damage to the fine hairs within the ear this is the most difficult to fix
Maybe stem cell regeneration is the only way. Stop listening to loud music and buy ear protectors that limit the sound, wear them as much as you can
I would write more but I'm about to make food
